COACHING CONTAINERS
It's hard work. And it's even harder work when we don't know where to start. I've been there babe! Each of these containers is a space unique in what they offer in creating the space to heal and reconnect with who we are. My work is based deeply on my own 20+ year healing and embodiment journey. Through my experiences I will guide you in navigating your own journey to the fullest, realest, and most unapologetic you.
CREATRIX
1:1 coaching
This is a one on one coaching experience where we get to flow intuitively and wherever the coaching takes us. It is 100% tailored to YOU. We will have a one hour coaching call every single week where we will dive into your progress and what you can be working on. You will have access to me at any point within the 12 weeks through text, voice text, and email. You will also have access to journal prompts, meditations, podcasts, and other various homework prompts. I will never take you anywhere that you cannot come out from, and I will never leave you in the dark. I cannot do this work for you, and I will be at your side every step of the way.

HIGHER GODDESS
Womens Group Coaching
If you have ever felt like you "don't do girl friendships" or have major sisterhood wounds.. this one's for you babe. This container is a space created for all of my badass women who want to shed the parts of her that are no longer aligning, anchor deeply to her power, see her fellow sisters succeed, hold each other accountable, and thrive on community and making the world a better place. In this 12 month container we will have a one hour call every single week to go through that weeks content. Time will be decided on the first meet. Each week will have a breakdown that you will have access to forever. On the last weekend of every month we will gather physically in Utah County to meet in circle ceremony. This container will give you the space to work on self, and also have the opportunity to hold space for your fellow goddess.

ALCHEMIZE
Couples Coaching
No matter where you are at on your journey together, this container is designed to work with you on what you want for your relationship. This container is unique in that my life partner will be teaming up with me to work 2:2 with you and your partner. We are both highly qualified and have over a decade of relationship coaching experience together. We will guide you in effective communication, boundaries, requests, healing, and so much more. This is an intuitive 12 week container where we will have a 90 min call once a week. This is not a set program and we will free flow and meet you where you are at in your relationship. You will have access to journal prompts, meditations, podcasts, and any homework prompts that are applicable.
We occasionally will hold a couples retreat in southern Utah. Here we take time to nurture our relationships, connect, free flow, dive deep, and heal together with like minded couples. Retreats include and are not limited to : inclusive boarding and food, guest speakers, workshops with special hosts, etc.
